Disclosure of your Personal Data

 

The information 777 Networks collects about you will be transferred to and stored on our servers located within the UK and the EU (?). We are very careful about who else your information is shared with.

We may share your information with third parties and data processors. The types of third parties and data processors whom we share your information with includes:

  • IT service and cloud providers: that support our internal business processes for the purposes of data storage, communications (e.g. email), help desk ticketing, business administration, financial accounting, and to help us to resolve any issues you may have with our services;
  • Payment providers: for the purposes of providing payment services, for example when they process information such as credit card payments, and to carry out fraud checks or provide support services;
  • Marketing and advertising partners: to provide marketing services, ensure that you see advertising which is relevant to you, and send you email and postal marketing on our behalf.
  • Our Partners providing IT software or support: where you request us to identify and engage third party providers of IT related services such as software, hardware or consultancy; and
  • Courier and Delivery companies: for dispatch of orders and to arrange pick up or delivery of returns and replacements.

If our business enters into a joint venture with, purchases or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed or transferred to the target company, our new business partners or owners or their advisors.

Retention of Your Information

777 Networks will keep your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes we have described.   Unless we explain otherwise to you, we’ll hold your personal information based on the following criteria:

  • Where you provide your personal data on our websites and we do not engage, communicate or develop a business relationship with you then we will only retain your contact details for up to 12 months.
  • For as long as we provide services and/or goods to you, managing our relationship and operations, and then for as long as someone could bring a claim against us. This is generally up to 7 years once our business relationship has ended; and/or
  • Retention periods in line with legal and regulatory requirements or guidance.

When your personal data is no longer necessary, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy your information or permanently de-identify it.
